@c.syresmith I really enjoyed our trip to Flint yesterday where I witnessed you unveil your first water filtration system to First Trinity Church. Your desire to innovate to help Flint have access to clean water makes me so proud. ⁣ ⁣ Thank you First Trinity and @ladi_tillman and @ezratillman for trusting my son and his team enough to serve the community of Flint through your church. #flintwillnotbeforgotten⁣ ⁣ : @b_nixphotography

The church has already donated over five million water bottles to residents, however, donations have steadily declined. The Water Box will allow residents to fill their own empty jugs with the water it has cleaned.

According to the press release, “The Water Box” filters out lead and additional contaminants in water.

People can bring their empty bottles and jugs to the church on Thursdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm to collect water.
