At 12-years-old, Jaylen Bledsoe had $100 dollars and a dream. A dream that would lead him on an incredible path toward entrepreneurship. Proving that you’re never too young to start your own business, Jaylen launched his own information technology consulting business called Bledsoe Technologies, LLC. By 14, he had more than 150 contracted employees, and landed people like singer Jordin Sparks and comedian and television host Steve Harvey on his client list.

With the key focus of Jaylen’s company being brand development, Jaylen renamed his company The Jaylen D. Bledsoe Global Group and went on to expand it into a $3.5 million dollar global enterprise. On top of being successful and experienced in areas such as start -businesses, entrepreneurship, increasing revenue streams and business and brand development, Jaylen has also used his platform to speak and inspire people around the world. So far, he has been a keynote speaker for Facebook, Junior Achievement, Disney Dreamers Academy, The National Society of Black Engineers and more.

Jaylen went from an 11-year-old kid teaching himself how to code, to a 12-year-old business owner, to a 14- year-old with over 150 people working for him, to an 18-year-old millionaire CEO who launched the Young Entrepreneur University. If Jaylen could offer young entrepreneurs any advice it would come in the form of two words: “Take risks.”
