Luvvie Ajayi’s debut book, “I’m Judging You: A Do-Better Manual”, has officially arrived in ShondaLand. Today, it was announced that television powerhouse Shonda Rhimes and her mega production company ShondaLand have obtained rights to Luvvie’s book to develop a cable series that will be under ABC studios and its cable/digital division ABC Signatures.
From Luvvie catching the eye of Shonda Rhimes through her online Scandal recaps, to becoming one of Rhimes’ favorite people on Twitter, to receiving the ultimate book blurb from the Scandal showrunner herself, to now working with Rhimes, one of her biggest inspirations, it’s clear that Luvvie’s “Fairy Baemother” (what Luvvie calls Rhimes) makes dreams come true.
