Natalia Bryant and Storm Reid Share Emotional Responses To Being Accepted Into USC

They are bringing Black girl magic to USC!

Natalia Bryant, Kobe Bryant’s eldest daughter, and movie star Storm Reid have been accepted to the University of Southern California, according to their social media.

Vanessa Bryant posted a video of the 18-year-old model excitedly shouting, “I got in,” while wearing a USC sweatshirt. The proud mother wrote in her caption, “Tears of joy. I’m SO happy for you, Nani! I know daddy is so PROUD OF YOU. I am so PROUD OF YOU!! Your hard work and dedication was so worth it.”

To celebrate, her mother surprised the IMG model with special presents including signature Kobe sneakers.

The same day, Reid posted the emotional moment when she opened her acceptance letter online. She teared up with nerves as she signed in to find out her fate while her loved ones cheered her on via Facetime. She had people celebrating her in the comments. Oprah wrote, “College? Already?!! Feels like just the other day I was Mrs. Whichin’ it with you, and you were 13! O well, guess that was just a wrinkle in time. Congratulations, dear one. USC, you will bless that campus.”
