Now that’s a strike!

A Detroit entrepreneur has created the first-ever mobile bowling alley, Black Enterprise reports.

Terence Jackson Jr. is the creator of Luxury Strike Bowling, the first-ever mobile bowling alley. Jackson was inspired by companies such as Amazon and Uber, which have revolutionized the shopping and travel industry with convenience. The 34-year-old entrepreneur thought it was a good idea to look at ways to do the same for the physical entertainment industry.

“These companies made life easier for people and created economic growth worldwide, and I wanted in,” Jackson said.

Jackson began working on converting a 53-foot semi-trailer truck into a bowling alley on wheels for years. He encountered several obstacles, many of them associated with finding the necessary materials. Still, Jackson finally finished it, and despite shorter lanes and smaller, 3 lb balls, it provides pretty much the same convenience as a typical bowling alley. Luxury Strike Bowling features two automatic bowling lanes, a scoring system, temperature control, neon lighting, an 80-inch theater screen, a sky lounge that can hold 10 to 15 guests, and a surround sound system that guests can connect to via Bluetooth.
