Serena Williams just defeated Alison Riske to advance to the Wimbledon semi-finals. This makes her 12th Wimbledon singles semi-final and puts her one step closer to capturing her 24th grand slam.

The seven-time champion won the match 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 bringing her total number of Wimbledon wins to 97.
Immediately following the match Williams took to her Instastories to share her cool down process, which including riding a bike with one year old, Alexis Olympia, in her arms.
