Barack and Michelle Obama will celebrate 27 years of marriage this year on October 3, but they’re not waiting until then to celebrate their love. Like every Valentine’s Day, the Obamas exchange sweet messages, and this February 14 is no different.
Our forever president posted a throwback photo of the two of them at the Governors Ball in the East Room of the White House in 2010, writing: “Happy Valentine’s Day to the extraordinarily smart, beautiful, funny, one and only Michelle Obama. It’s true; she does get down to Motown.”
Then our forever first lady responded: “So lucky to call these three my valentines for all these years.” Her other two valentines being their daughters, Malia and Sasha.
One thing’s for sure, we love (and still miss) the Obamas.
