On Monday night, music mogul Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter paused his “4:44” concert to give a few words of encouragement to a young fan – a nine-year-old girl he spotted while on stage at the Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena. JAY-Z told her:
“Now remember, like I was saying, you can be anything that you want to be when you grow up… At this very moment America is way more sexist than they are racist, but you young lady, you got the potential to be the next president of the United States, you believe that.”

What a great way to affirm the next generation and the endless possibilities! Who knows, the same little girl could one day say “allow to me re-introduce myself” as the President of the United States.
