What a sight! Ahead of election day, a group of Black women judges in Dallas County, Texas gathered together for a powerful photo shoot. One of the judges, Andrea Martin wrote in a Facebook post:
“Did you all know that Dallas County has THE LARGEST NUMBER OF BLACK WOMEN JUDGES IN AMERICA? We have representation on the Federal bench, on the Juvenile, Civil, Family, Probate, Justice, and the Municipal Court Bench!!! Today only a few us were included in this photo shoot. I look forward when all 30+ of us can take part in a unified photo shoot. That’s going to be AMAZING!!”
