The king of the playground!
Five-year-old Carter celebrated his birthday this week by showing up as his favorite singer, Michael Jackson. His mother, Angela Richardson, said her son has always had a love of music – immediately catching the melody, and at times the lyrics – of his favorite songs.
“He became a super MJ fan back in December while spending the weekend with his cousins. He initially was into Chris Brown, but after he watched Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” video, it was Chris Brown who?! He then came home and has been watching MJ music videos on YouTube literally every day ever since,” Richardson said.
When it was time for his birthday party, he requested a Michael Jackson theme with Michael Jackson clothing.
“His dad and I came up with the idea of putting together a photoshoot for him, inspired by his top five favorite MJ songs. By piecing together clothing from Old Navy, Amazon, and even secondhand stores like Poshmark, we were able of bring our vision to life for our baby boy,” Richardson said.
He showed up to his party in style with a limo, red carpet, and his own paparazzi.
