Do you know what today is? According to Lupita Nyong'o, it's Wakanda Wednesday.
The Oscar-winning actress took to social media to announce that she will be "showcasing YOUR Black Panther cosplay every Wednesday" leading up to the premiere of Marvel's "Black Panther."
For the first Wakanda Wednesday, Nyong'o shared photos of a young girl dressed as her character of Nakia (Wakanda's undercover operative) and a young boy dressed as Black Panther (played by Chadwick Boseman in the film). See the "Children of Wakanda" below.

If anything, this shows us how powerful and important positive Black representation is. "Black Panther" hits theaters nationwide on February 16.
