He’s the hero we all need!

Will Smith took to social media to give us a long overdue Fresh Prince of Bel Air reunion in honor of the show’s 30th anniversary.

On Smith’s new Snapchat series, “Will From Home,” the Philly native has been giving consistent content while quarantined from his home. From game show spoofs and COVID talks with Dr. Fauci to fashion shows with Tyra, Smith has kept us all quite entertained.

His most recent episode featured a virtual reunion with his Fresh Prince of Bel Air castmates in honor of the show’s 30th anniversary! Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton Banks), Daphne Maxwell Reid (Aunt Vivian), DJ Jazzy Jeff (Jazz), Karyn Parsons (Hilary Banks), Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey), and Tatyana Ali (Ashley Banks) all joined in on the call. The group took a look back at some of the most memorable moments from the show as well as how it felt to be a part of history.

Ali shared how important Smith was in her own transformation as a person while Marcell discussed how much fun he had playing Geoffrey on the show. Smith also shared how the cast made him a better actor, adding that Alfonso Ribeiro was the inspiration behind choosing to use his real name as his character in the sitcom.

The reunion was as nostalgic as it was heartfelt. So great to see the gang all back together, minus the late great James Avery, who played Uncle Phil. The finale of “Will From Home” is expected to feature a tribute to the iconic Avery who became an uncle to us all during his time on the show. The finale episode is expected to air this Thursday at 6pm EST, The Root reports.
