Black men in STEM, stand up!
There’s a viral trend making the rounds on TikTok where women are putting their loved ones in the spotlight and we’re here for it. The setup is simple but brilliant. One person lets viewers know that their loved one has something to share, and that they better not be rude while they do it. The results have been a hilarious and heartwarming showcase of everything from LEGO sets to plant collections, fish tanks to rare toy hauls.
But in one standout video, we found something we all might want to bookmark.
After a quick intro, the sister in the video hands the floor to her brother, Lucious McDaniel IV, who proudly declares, “I built this app, and it’s like TikTok meets DoorDash.”
And he wasn’t exaggerating.
BiteSight is a video-first food delivery app that lets you scroll through short videos of meals, see what your friends are eating or bookmarking and get it delivered right to your door. No plain text –just real visuals, good vibes, and community picks.
BiteSight is currently sitting at #10 in the App Store’s Food & Drink category. We’re cheering @trybitesight all the way to the top and inviting you to do the same as this is the kind of innovation and representation we love to see! 🔥
