This is beautiful!

Savannah James, wife of NBA phenom LeBron James, hosted her annual I PROM-ise Prom Makeover event for Akron, Ohio Students, WKYC reports.

This is James’ ninth year hosting the event. 25 students from Akron Public Schools attended and had the opportunity to try on dresses, shoes, makeup and accessories for the big prom night. Students then picked items to take home at the end of the night. Attendees included girls from James’ alma mater Buchtel High School, a group of students she’s mentored since 8th grade that she lovingly refers to as the “Wolf Pack.”

“It’s an exciting feeling every year. I look forward to seeing the girls, the dresses, the smiles on their faces. They’re beautiful girls and should always feel that way and have a great time. I can’t say enough good things about them, just because of where I’ve seen them come from. They hold a really special place in my heart,” James said.

The event is the culmination of years of hard work and James is looking to just make the girls’ prom night a little extra special. Instagram influencer “PrettyVee” joined the event festivities, dancing, laughing and encouraging the girls. James said the celebratory event is “just the icing on the cake for seniors.”

The LeBron James Family Foundation partners with Akron Public Schools to make the event happen along with Dillards who sponsored wardrobe items. The foundation tweeted photos from the amazing night captioned, “There’s something about waking up on this morning every year that still gives @SavannahRB butterflies. There’s a vision that many girls have for their high school prom and being able to bring that vision to reality, so that those memories are happy ones, is what excites and drives the passion for this day. 9 years later another beautiful group of women are dressed and ready to impress on prom night.”
