This Florida school teacher taught a student a lesson during a viral dance battle in school.
Yolanda Turner lives in Tampa, Florida and has been teaching for 23 years. Having developed a strong relationship with her students, she’s always down to teach a lesson in the classroom, the hallway, or even the dance floor!
Ms. Turner went viral after being a part of a dance battle in the cafeteria; to our surprise, she shut it down! Her opponent, an eighth grader, used some of his greatest TikTok moves, gently brushing Ms. Turner to tag her in. At this moment, she channeled her best moves from the 80s.
The internet famous teacher was recently a guest on The Jennifer Hudson Show, where she expressed her reaction to all the love and engagement. At the end of the segment, she was rewarded with a trip for her impact. She’ll be taking a much needed break to Garza Blanca Resort & Spa in Cancún for a 5-day vacation.
