Nia Long is officially a Hollywood Walk of Famer!
The beloved actress received the 2,857th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on September 16, honoring a career that has spanned more than three decades. Long’s star was awarded in the Motion Pictures category and is located at 6150 Hollywood Boulevard, according to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Long has been part of so many films and television shows that became staples in Black culture, including Boyz n the Hood, Friday, Love Jones, The Best Man, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and Soul Food.

Her career has made her one of the most recognizable and beloved actresses of her generation, with roles that have reflected Black love, family, friendship, and coming-of-age stories on screen.
During the ceremony, Long was joined by guest speakers Snoop Dogg and producer Graham King, with Variety correspondent Angelique Jackson serving as emcee.
